This cleanser is a oil/gel based Castile soap that was designed to balance your skin in the most sensitive way and remove dirt + bacteria.
Recommended for all skin types
How to use: Wet face with lukewarm water. Use hands to apply cleanser to face. Gently massage for 30-60 seconds.Rinse with warm water and dry with clean towel. Safe to use daily.

Irritation, redness and burning may be signs of skin rejecting the product. Dilute cleanser with water to decrease potency. If signs continue, stop using Herbal Ciddy cleansers completely. We do not recommend switching to a different collection.

Purchased the lip scrub combo with the body balm and only received the lip scrub. Reached out to customer service via email to let them know the body balm was missing. This still has not been resolved. I was excited to try these products as a first time customer. I will not be a returning customer.
